🕒 Experience: 2+ years in curriculum training or education
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
📊 Compensation: 5-7 LPA (based on experience)
6 days work week
(For all outstation assignments, the organization will cover accommodation, meals, travel tickets, and fuel expenses)
💡 What You'll Do:
• Train school teachers on our innovative KG curriculum
• Enhance teachers' capacities, attitudes, and instructional approaches
• Develop strategies to improve the learning experience
• Travel across regions to support our partner schools
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in curriculum-related training
• Sound knowledge of Phonics
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and support service skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work with flexibility and passion
