Tutoring Solutions is a well-established academic support company serving families across Essex County. We provide consistent, structured tutoring for students who benefit from regular support, strong relationships, and clear learning goals.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for reliable, professional tutors who value consistency, communication, and student growth.
About the Role
Tutors work with students on a weekly, ongoing basis as part of a monthly learning plan. This is not drop-in or occasional tutoring, we focus on long-term support and consistency.
Tutors may work:
Online, or
In-home (limited availability, clustered by location)
Most tutoring sessions take place after school hours.

Reading & Literacy
French
Writing
Math
General academic support
(Experience with French Immersion or Ontario curriculum is an asset.)
Schedule & Commitment
Consistent weekly availability required
Minimum commitment of one school term
Tutors typically work 5–15 hours per week, depending on availability
Sessions are scheduled and managed by Tutoring Solutions
Compensation
starts at $40/hour
Paid monthly
Sub-contractor position (independent contractor)
