It’s personalized and tailor-made coaching which is given either on one to one basis or in a group. All the faculty members are well qualified and experienced in their own forte.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Candidates with B.Com / M.Com / MBA from premier institutes with 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching in reputed institutes.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and a charismatic personality are a must. Exposure to taking live online sessions are an added advantage.
3. The teachers who have innovative approach in teaching will be given preference.
What will you be doing?
• Join us as a home tutor (one-to-one classes)
• Conduct teaching sessions at the student’s home in Bhopal (offline session)
• Evaluate assignments and unit tests.
• Guide and train students at all levels to help them improve their scores
• Share ideas and innovative methods of teaching
• Support peer teachers by contributing to the team’s learning and development
• Must teach students with the current pattern of boards i.e., MCQs based and conceptual question based teaching.
Who are we looking for?
• Excellent knowledge of the respective subjects.
• Good pedagogical skills. Prior teaching experience would be an added advantage.
• Good logical thinking and aptitude skills. Candidates with a creative bent of mind will be desired.
• Ability to drive discussion-driven personalized classes.
• Ability to collaborate and work across the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic to work in a growing start-up environment with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Minimum 2 Years teaching experience preferred (Not mandatory)
• Note that – Personal motorized vehicle is mandatory
