Full job description
We are Wiser, an award-winning Employer Branding & Talent agency. We build employer brands to guide the best in the biz into their dream career with our clients.

We’re a home for people who think big and expect more; where creative and recruitment meet to change the way people think about work — not to mention having the only rainforest in Farringdon.

Our creatives use design, product, film, strategy and marketing to capture what makes companies great and showcase it in the market. Our recruitment teams introduce the right people at the beginning of their career to set these companies apart.

We believe that people will do their best work when they're in a space that enables it. And that's what we've shaped at Wiser — a culture where everyone can be real and back themselves, surrounded by high performers who take ownership of their career and make moves, no matter what their background.

About Wiser Academy

Wiser Academy is an award-winning network of over 200 student ambassadors and team leads across 70+ universities in the UK and Ireland. We train and support students to represent leading graduate employers like Clifford Chance, KPMG, and L'Oréal, by promoting their opportunities on campus and online. Ambassadors gain access to paid, flexible work that fits around their studies, as well as development workshops, exclusive events, and a community of high-performing peers.

As a Wiser Academy Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for a community of 200+ student ambassadors across the UK. You’ll help create a magical experience for them throughout the year - from training and comms to shoutouts and support - making sure they feel energised, engaged, and part of something special. You’ll play a key role in driving high activity levels for our clients, helping to deliver standout results on a monthly and yearly basis.

Diving deeper:

You’ll be in-the-know with social media trends and what’s going on in the early talent space, to create monthly checklist tasks for our ambassadors - helping to promote our clients’ early talent roles and events in ways that feel fresh and engaging.

You’ll manage the Academy inbox, LinkedIn and phone, responding to ambassador queries within 48 hours and keeping everyone informed with updates, announcements and team news.

You’ll craft regular newsletters that energise and excite our community, and support the planning of our “Ignore the Ordinary” moments - from training days and office visits to our end-of-year celebration.

You’ll be responsible for reporting monthly on referral and task data across our client accounts, using insights to tell a compelling story of what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift.

You’ll build weekly update decks for clients that look great and hit the mark - packed with clear, visual updates, wins, and ambassador highlights

We’re looking for:

A passion for constantly levelling up Wiser Academy - from day-to-day processes to standout student and client experiences

Someone who’s confident working with data and tools like Data Studio, Google Sheets and Slides, and knows how to turn numbers into a clear story

Strong written and verbal communication skills - from ambassador replies to client-facing updates, you know how to strike the right tone

Previous customer service or community management experience - or just the ability to stay calm, clear and friendly when the inbox fills up

Hyper-organised with great attention to detail - you don’t let things slip through the cracks

Someone who is solution focused, looking to ignore the ordinary and bring in fresh ideas

Someone who loves building relationships, whether it’s with a student ambassador or a senior client

A team player who’s proactive, positive and always looking for ways to improve the way we do things

Our Values:

At Wiser, we’re building a culture rather than a company. Every strong culture starts with realistic values that everyone can believe in. We use ours to guide everything we do:

Be Real. Be yourself when everyone’s watching, there’s no shame here.

Back Yourself. Believe in your own abilities – confidence is contagious.

Take Ownership. Take it, make it yours, and be proud of it.

Make Moves. Use your initiative and act with purpose for everyone’s gain.

Expect More. Push your potential and inspire excellence in others.

Benefits:

A high performance company culture that will help you to progress quickly and thrive.

The chance to develop and work in a fast growing company, with regular check-ins with your manager and a structured goal system.

Regular events and socials to keep everyone engaged and level up our cross-team collaborations.

Breakfast provided in our award-winning HQ in Farringdon, central London (yep, our office won an interior design award).

Amazing support from our Happiness team who keep our happiness and wellbeing at the top of the agenda.

Kitted out with a full suite of Apple goodies and any additional tech you may need, with our very own in-house Apple Genius.

An office environment and team dynamic that will bring the very best out of you.

Additional wellness support in the form of our performance coach, therapy budget and vitality health insurance.

What’s in it for you?

You will have the chance and encouragement to take, own and shape your own team of the best talent in the business. This is a golden opportunity to use your expertise to make your mark on a growing company.
