Role Description:
- Credit Underwriting for Loan Against Property segment for lending to MSMEs, Individuals and Educational Institutes for ticket size upto 10 Crores
- Oversee the entire lending journey right from application to disbursement while ensuring adherence to internal policies and compliance norms
- Conduct thorough assessments of applicants' creditworthiness and assesses credit risks and mitigants.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Preparation of approval notes/ rejection rationale for all loan applications.
- Work closely with the Legal and Technical teams for evaluation of collateral
- Collaborate with business team to ensure clear communication on credit policies and customer eligibility criteria.
- Delinquency management.
- PDD Management to ensure committed timelines are adhered.
- Vendor management to ensure TAT and quality is maintained by these agencies
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to conduct in-depth personal discussion with customers.
- Ability to assess loan proposal and make first decision basis risks and merits identified.
- Ability to clearly present credit decisions and rationales to stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the property evaluation: valuation and legal norms.
- In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability work within defined turn-around time.
