Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the design team, developing prototypes, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain high-quality prototypes based on design concepts. - Collaborate with the design team to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the prototypes are technically feasible and align with design intent. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design and Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design and Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
