Role description

We are currently seeking numerous Consultant level Salesforce Developers who can build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

What you'll do daily

Developing a thorough understanding of the client’s goals and requirements and use the technical specifications from the design team to build solutions using best practices right through testing and deployment.
Write well-structured code using Apex, Omnistudio, LWC, using the appropriate features and capabilities.
Configure of objects, flows, sharing settings, permission sets and other security related configuration components
Build Integrations using Apex REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Outbound Messages
Learn and use platform best-practices and perform peer code reviews to ensure the same including approaches to modularised Salesforce able to operate at scale.
Follow secure coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities.
Use version control software, Git and advanced CI/CD tooling using Scratch Orgs and Sandbox based development.
Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
Document the application to facilitate maintenance.
Participate in ‘Go-Live’ support and testing activities
Maintain effective client relationships, delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report and mitigate technical and project risks.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have Australian Citizenship as Baseline Security Clearance is required for the Project and this role. This is a mandatory requirement so please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria as we are only recruiting for this project against this role. All other candidates will be rejected.

A note about experience.

Preference will go to CL+ Consultant level resources with strong Salesforce Development experience and Australian Citizenship based in Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra.

We hire a broad range of experience levels however for this project the preference will be to CL+ Consultant level resources. The Salary Package made available will depend on the level of experience, knowledge and certification the candidates has. We value industry experience, deep technical excellence and, more of all, a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes.
