The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative Access for Success (A4S) Project Lead to join our team on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis working 15 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about learner achievement and committed to creating equitable pathways for student success. You’ll play a key role in supporting teaching teams and enhancing learning experiences across the organisation.

Access for Success is a central service improving learner retention, engagement, and achievement for students with disabilities. As the Project Leader, you'll help ensure that learners have the support they need to thrive. Your leadership will help drive more consistent, evidence‑based approaches to student wellbeing and academic success, shaping the future of how we teach, support, and empower learners.
What you’ll be doing
Leading, coordinating, and monitoring A4S project workstreams to ensure delivery against key objectives.
Working with academic and support teams to embed inclusive, learner‑centred practices.
Using learner data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for targeted support.
Preparing progress updates, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Facilitating capability‑building activities such as workshops, training sessions, and resource development.
Building strong working relationships across departments to ensure a cohesive and sustainable approach.
What you’ll bring
Experience in project leadership, learner success programmes, or educational support initiatives.
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
A commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
