The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative Access for Success (A4S) Project Lead to join our team on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis working 15 hours per week. You’ll play a key role in supporting teaching teams and enhancing learning experiences across the organisation.

Using learner data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for targeted support.
Preparing progress updates, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Facilitating capability‑building activities such as workshops, training sessions, and resource development.
Building strong working relationships across departments to ensure a cohesive and sustainable approach.
What you’ll bring

Experience in project leadership, learner success programmes, or educational support initiatives.
Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
A commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
