You are invited to join a dynamic design team at a Renowned Export House in Gurugram as a Designer specializing in Accessories - Bags. With 6-8 years of experience in the field, we are seeking a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion accessories. Your role will involve translating concepts into innovative designs for both men's and women's collections, aligning with market trends and the brand's vision. Prior experience in an export-oriented environment is a prerequisite for this position.
Your responsibilities will include creating designs using hand and CAD techniques, developing seasonal mood boards and color stories, researching fashion trends and materials, and collaborating with design, merchandising, and production teams. You will be tasked with sourcing fabrics, trims, and understanding washes & print techniques, managing tech packs and product documentation, as well as supporting showroom & VM setups.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in accessory/bag design, with a preference for export experience. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and 3D design, along with technical knowledge of materials and construction, is essential. Your expertise should span across both men's and women's lines, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability in the design process.
