Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. As an Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will also interact with clients and work providers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that repairs are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles
Interacting with clients and work providers to provide excellent customer service
Ensuring that repairs are completed to a high standard
Managing parts and suppliers to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
Assisting with production management of the centre where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a similar position within the automotive smash repair industry
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients and work providers
Highly professional and personable approach
Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
Ability to meet strict deadlines and problem-solve effectively
