Established delivery of strengths-based, person-centered approaches to service delivery

Delivery of exceptional customer service by leading a high-performing team to meet residents' needs and exceed service expectations.
Ability to plan and prioritise to meet customer service delivery requirements.
Working knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management, problem-solving and organisational skills, resourcing, and achieving quality outcomes
High level business acumen with a focus towards developing expansion to total hours of delivery.
An understanding of available community services, networks, and supports.
Experience with behavioural management plans, restrictive practices and behaviours of concerns / high medical needs, manual handling, and medications. (Highly Desirable).
Reporting to and working closely with the Group Manager, the Accommodation and Community Manager manage the day-to-day operational requirements, work distribution and outputs of teams in compliance with legislative, regulatory, funding guidelines and organisational policies and procedures. Further the position takes charge of the community teams and is responsible for leading and instructing their activities towards client requirements, organisational goals and leads a team of Team Leaders in SIL, acting as the escalation point for operational and personnel issues, and ensures administrative time is allocated and acquitted.
