• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accommodation trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with travel agents and other team members to optimize travel arrangements for clients
• Handle client inquiries related to accommodations, providing prompt and professional assistance
• Monitor and report on accommodation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with accommodation providers to secure the best deals and offers for our clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the travel industry, specifically in accommodations management or analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
