Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in finance, compliance, and investment management? Dholakia Ventures is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team immediately at our onsite location. This multifaceted role involves accounting, legal compliance, investment support, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting tasks, including GST and TDS return filing
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure books are audit-ready
• Oversee legal compliance and review legal documents
• Process employee onboarding and resignation procedures. Manage Monthly salary disbursement and other payments.
• Support startup investment activities: due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare reports for the Investment Committee
• Ensure tax, legal, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in accounting and compliance roles
• Experience in Return filing such as Income tax, GST, TDS.
• Experience with investment management and financial analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to join immediately and work onsite
