Job Description
Day-to-Day Accounting:
Manage and record daily financial transactions to ensure accurate accounting records. This includes processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
Expense Analysis:
Review and analyze company expenses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for cost savings. Prepare reports to support financial decision-making.
Monthly and Quarterly Closing:
Oversee and execute the monthly and quarterly closing processes. Ensure all financial records are up-to-date, reconciled, and accurate. Prepare necessary reports and schedules for management review.
Budget vs. Actual Tracking:
Monitor and track financial performance against the budget. Analyze variances and provide insights on any discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
Margin Analysis:
Conduct margin analysis to evaluate the profitability of products or services. Assess cost structures and pricing strategies to optimize profit margins.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
