Role Description
The Account and Recovery Manager will manage financial record-keeping, oversee receivables, and ensure timely payments from clients. The role also involves identifying and resolving overdue accounts, communicating with stakeholders to address outstanding balances, and providing periodic financial reports. As a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, the candidate will actively contribute to maintaining accurate financial practices and fostering positive client relationships.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, accounts management, and receivables collection
• Experience in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in financial software, data analysis, and the use of accounting tools
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Understanding of compliance, financial policies, and reporting standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in account management and recovery functions is desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Salary 18000 to 22000
