With a passion for transforming spaces, we focus on high-quality design, functionality, and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Assistant/ Intern to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions (purchase, sales, expenses, petty cash, etc.)
Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or similar)
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Track invoices, payments, and receivables
Create PO, DC in Tally
Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related documentation under supervision.
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Organize and maintain accounting records and documents (both digital and physical).
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment clarification or documentation.
Support audits and assist in inventory management if required.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com.
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, or other tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance processes.
Interest or experience in the construction/interior design industry is a plus.
