Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily financial transactions including data entry and bookkeeping Assist with invoice processing, bill payments, and expense management Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and bank reconciliations Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Help with tax filing, GST returns, and TDS compliance Assist in internal and external audits Manage petty cash and staff reimbursement records Coordinate with vendors and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records Assist senior accountants as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software Good understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
