Event Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled event management professional to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of events that exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and a keen interest in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and produce events that meet or exceed client expectations.

• Organize all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation and decorations.

Job description

We are hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants across levels, with hands-on experience in financial accounting, taxation, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with IND AS and other statutory requirements.

• Compile and deliver periodic MIS reports including debtor ageing, cash flows, compliance reports, and manpower reports.

Accounting & Compliance

• Maintain general ledger, record business transactions, and ensure timely month-end closures.

• Process vendor payments, client invoices, and track collections in Tally.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of vouchers.

Taxation & Statutory Returns

• Monthly calculation, payment, and return filing of TDS, GST, and PT.

• Prepare GSTR 1 and 3B filings and maintain GST liability & set-off reports.

• Ensure timely compliance and assist auditors during internal and statutory audits

• Coordinate with internal teams to raise client invoices, track OPEs, and follow up on receivables

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–6 years of post-qualification experience.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (Advanced level preferred)
