Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting entries, checking vendor bills, GRN entries, and reconciliation. You will also process site data, prepare daily MIS reports, handle petty cash, and maintain site expense records.
You will maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records, collect daily progress reports from site engineers, and present them to management. Additionally, you will maintain labour attendance, material consumption, and site records, coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, draft and file letters, emails, and documents.
You will obtain quotations from vendors, prepare purchase orders, follow up on material delivery, and maintain stock records. You will arrange local purchases and urgent requirements, handle office filing, record-keeping, data entry, and documentation. You will provide accurate and timely reports to management and assist in HR records, correspondence, and bank-related work.
This role requires proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & accounting software (Tally/ERP), basic knowledge of GST, TDS & taxation, strong communication & coordination skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage site-related data.
