Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced and results-oriented Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for our client — a leading digital transformation company specializing in AI-powered CRM solutions and decision intelligence. With a proprietary AI and decision science platform, the company helps global enterprises transform how they manage customer relationships and agent performance.
This strategic role will focus on executing targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts. You will work closely with the Sales team and report to the CMO to drive meaningful engagement, brand influence, and business growth through personalized, data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• ABM Strategy & Execution: Design and lead end-to-end, multi-channel ABM programs tailored for strategic accounts.
• Sales Alignment: Act as the key marketing liaison for the Sales team to ensure alignment and shared goals.
• Campaign Management: Manage customized campaigns using email, social media, paid media, and other digital channels.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop marketing assets tailored to specific account needs.
• Lead Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Marketing Operations to increase lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
Skills & Experience Required
• 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ABM.
• Proven success in building and managing ABM campaigns using platforms like HubSpot and other marketing automation/ABM tools.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
