Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Auckland-based client’s team. You’ll have 7 years + experience working in an agency (social, digital or similar) and have a solid track record in managing social and digital campaigns from concept to execution.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary client liaison, driving campaigns and helping clients achieve their goals. We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, proactive, and eager to elevate account performance. You should be quick on your feet, excel at managing client relationships, and possess a sharp attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone to involved in the business and grow alongside it.
You’ll need a deep understanding of brand and creative campaigns, with a specific emphasis on social and digital. If you understand what makes great organic social, we want to hear from you. Your skill set should include client management, project planning, and financial forecasting.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage both existing and new client accounts, foresee client needs, present agency work, and collaborate with your team to deliver impactful projects. You’ll also assess campaign results, offer strategic insights, and contribute to the agency’s overall success.
