Job Description
This is a client-facing, strategy-led role where you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery — from ideation and planning to execution and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, and operations to deliver impactful brand experiences, events, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term growth
Own end-to-end experiential programs including events, conferences, and brand activations
Drive program strategy, planning, and execution aligned with client objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to deliver seamless experiences
Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor ecosystems
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
What we are looking for
10–15+ years of experience in experiential marketing / events industry
Strong background in event agencies / experiential marketing agencies
Proven experience handling large-scale corporate events, activations, or conferences
Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets, teams, and multiple projects
Ability to balance strategy + execution
