Accounts Executive
Role in the company (What is expected from you)
Ø Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements etc.
Ø To ensure that vendors get paid in time, invoices are approved in the system after taking corrective measure for any discrepancies in the invoice / accounting that is observed during the approving process.
Ø Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes.
Ø Payments follow up with clients.
Ø Generate MIS reports and data management.
Ø Posting of daily cash and bank transactions Income and Expense in Tally.
Ø Maintaining cash & bank transactions.
Ø Taking corrective step for improving accounts, internal audit system..
Ø Correcting back dated accounts book.
Ø Prepare Balance Sheet analysis, review P&L and perform necessary adjustments
Ø Maintaining confidential statements and observes data protection guidelines
Job Responsibilities (Daily task performed)
Ø Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements etc.
Ø Liaising with banks, external auditor
Ø Posting of daily cash and bank transactions Income and Expense in Tally
Ø Maintaining cash & bank transactions
Ø Taking corrective step for improving accounts, internal system & Internal Audit system
Ø Correcting & updating and entry feeding in previous year accounts book
Ø Maintaining confidential statements and observes data protection guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
