Accounting Executive
(A.K.A. Comfort Accounting Expert at Misuraa Projects LLP)

Your Role in the Smile Story:
As our Comfort Accounting Expert, you won’t just be doing accounting—you’ll be playing a key role in making our ecosystem flow with ease. You’ll be the one who ensures that every rupee is tracked, every ledger is happy, and every financial process runs like a breeze (with a bow of gratitude tied to it).
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Adventures):
Tally Entry Wizardry:
Log daily entries with accuracy that’ll make the accounting gods smile—sales, purchases, payments, receipts, credit notes, debit notes... you name it, you’ll tame it.
Ledger Harmony:
Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers to keep relationships transparent and joyful.
Bank Recon Magic:
Perform bank reconciliations that make auditors nod in approval and bankers breathe easy.
GST Guardian Duties:
Stay on top of GST returns and compliance like a hawk with a calculator. Filing, reconciling, and handling all GST-related documentation with finesse.
Vendor Payables & Receivables:
Process payments on time (because gratitude delayed is gratitude denied!) and ensure we receive what’s due, politely and promptly.
Report Compilation:
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries for internal and external teams.
Support Audit and Compliance Efforts:
Maintain audit-ready files, invoices, and logs. Ensure financials are always review-ready.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Support the CRM, sales, and logistics teams with financial information that keeps their smiles intact too!
Bring Order to the Office:
Keep physical and digital files neat, updated, and easy to retrieve when needed.
Your Toolkit (Skills & Qualifications):
Proven work experience in accounts—bonus points if you've worked in a product-based or service-led company.
Expertise in Tally ERP—this is your wand; you should wave it with ease.
A solid understanding of GST, invoice formats, tax structures, and return filing.
Familiarity with Excel (basic formulas, data organization, formatting).
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize with a smile.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A mindset that respects deadlines, details, and dignity in every interaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
