Key Responsibilities:
Costing & Budgeting
Prepare and maintain cost sheets for products and services.
Monitor costing variations and analyze cost-effectiveness.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software.
Track inward/outward movement of goods and reconcile with purchase/sales records.
Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor stock valuation and ensure timely reporting.
Compliance & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports related to costing, stock, and accounts.
Support auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of costing, inventory, and accounts principles.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Busy, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
Good communication and coordination ability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
2–4 years of experience in costing, stock management, or accounting roles.
