Accounts Executive – Family Office
Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)
Compensation: As decided based on skillset and experience
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Accounts Executive to support our family office bookkeeping operations. The person will work under the guidance of an outsourced bookkeeper and will primarily be responsible for maintaining records, handling payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial support.
Note: The selected candidate must be able to join on or before September 7th, 2026.
Role – Bookkeeping & Family Office Support
Record / Maintain day-to-day transactions in accounting software
Process vendor bills, reimbursements, and payments with supporting documentation
Assist in tracking cash flows, outstanding balances, and maintain registers
Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial trackers for family office
Coordinate with external consultants for compliance-related data (GST/TDS/Tax)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive family office financial information
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
2–4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
Basic Knowledge of accounting principles & Indian compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Familiarity in accounting software (Zoho & Tally) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
Attention to detail and willingness to learn under guidance
Communication: Hindi & English fluency (Marathi a plus).
Residence in Mumbai (preferable) for ease of commute and availability
Experience on MS Excel and Google Sheet.
