Creating Fund Flow statement, creating projected Fund Flow statement.
Creating Creditor list and hand over to Purchase for payment approval as per fund flow.
Making sure Fund Flow ALWAYS remain positive
Checking all expense head as per the budget allocated to them every month.
Reporting overdrawing of expense head to concern department and or place holders for controlling expenses in respective expense head.
Make provisional entries and or vouchers for additional expenses in respective expense head.
Creating Debtor List, hand over to Sales Team for Payment collection.
Create DSO report every month to find current DSO. Achieve DSO target.
Receive payment from customer, enter payment receipt in system and knock out customer bills as per payment receipt.
Create Balance confirmation statement for each customer and send to every customer every quarter.
Create all GST Related reports like GSTR1A, GSTR2A&B, and GSTR3B.
Upload all GST reports on GST portal.
Validate all reports along our Sales and Purchase invoice statement.
Create TDS, EPF, ESIC, PT Gratuity, Labor Welfare, Advance Income Tax reports every month and or as when required.
Upload the reports on respective portal along with payment to concern respective department.
Face income tax audits and GSTN tax audits.
Conduct internal audits for GSTN, Stock, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, ISO audits.
Create variance report for each audit. Create action plan for all short comings in audits.
Follow up on action plan for proper closure.
Bank liaising work which includes, bank reconciliation, maintain, operate and renew Bank CC.
Create project reports for any Term Loans as when required, Foreign exchange remittance tracking and rate negotiation.
Maintain and negotiate interest rates with bank. Monitor and Control bank charges.
Supervise Cash Handling, Preparing Budgets and projected financial figures, Forex Transactions with bank,
Fixed Assets & Depreciation Statement,
Card Statement, Insurance of Financial Assets and Fixed Assets of the company,
Monitor and Report Procurement to Payment Cycle, Credit Control for Receivables,
Management shall assign the responsibilities which may be incidental and or may be become part on profile. This shall be throughout the period of employment.
