Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage accounting processes, and support strategic financial planning. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing taxation, and leading the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
Pass journal entries, maintain ledgers, and do reconciliations.
Update all transactions in Zoho Books regularly.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Maintain TDS data and assist in return filing.
Coordinate with CA for tax, audit, and compliance work.
Manage receivables, payment follow-ups, and vendor payments.
Record purchase bills, expenses, and reimbursements.
Assist on preparing monthly reports and audit data.
Assist seniors and ensure proper data in Zoho Books.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Experience in financial reporting and audit handling
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
