Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations of the automobile dealership. The role includes maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily accounting records and transactions.
Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
Maintain records for vehicle sales, service billing, and spare parts transactions.
Assist in GST calculations, filings, and statutory compliance.
Monitor and track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
Support preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Service, and Parts for billing and payment updates.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / Accounting related qualification.
Experience
1 – 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in automobile dealership or similar industry.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
