Job Location: Baner, Pune Work Time: 10:00am to 07:00pm Weekly off: Two Saturday of in a month JOB TITLE: Account Executive REPORTING TO: JOB PURPOSE: RESPONSIBILITIES: We are searching for high-energy Account Executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. - Accounting Knowledge (Bill Booking and Payment, Books Finalization). - Statutory working Knowledge (GST, TDS, etc). - Prepare GSTR-1, GSTR-2 & GSTR-3B Reports of GST - TDS and GST Calculation. - Bank reconciliation Statement. - Updates for Daily Entry of Customer - MIS Working (Reporting to Management on monthly basis). - Work Experience in Account Payable & Account Receivable. - Assisting to Statutory & Internal Auditors. - Sales, Purchase, debit note, credit note, journal entries - Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers - Tally ERP/ ERP knowledge is must. - Good Communication and Interpersonal skill. - Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with specialization in Finance/ Accounting. - 1-2 Years’ experience in accounts and finance. - Sound Knowledge of Income Tax and other taxation laws. - Excellent written and Verbal Communication. - A quick learner and strong team player. - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. - A high level of commercial awareness. PERSON SPECIFICATION: - A Team Player with excellent verbal and written Communication Skills - Maintains a positive “can do” attitude - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong time management skills. - Additional education or experience may be preferred. - Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. - The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
