Job Description
● Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions,
● maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements.
● Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer
● accounts and Inventory Reconciliations.
● Assisting team members in Accounts Payable & Receivable Functions.
● Assisting team in Inventory Reconciliation.
● Utilise Tally software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
● Working in ZOHO for Accounting and Inventory Management.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Experience in the Similar Role of 1-2 years.
● Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
● Proficiency in using Tally software is essential, knowledge of ZOHO added
● advantage.
● Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
● Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks effectively.
● Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
● Familiarity with Indian accounting regulations and GST, TDS and Labour Taxes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
