Job Description – Account Executive, Client Servicing – Brandarms

As an Account Executive at brandarms, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing effective communication strategies, and producing high-quality written content across various channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
2. Gather and analyze client requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop effective communication strategies.
3. Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to develop content ideas and concepts aligned with client objectives.
4. Research, write, and edit engaging content for a variety of channels, such as websites, social media, blogs, press releases, and advertising campaigns.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within the agreed-upon timelines.
7. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing techniques to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
+. Continuously maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year, preferably in an advertising agency or a similar environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling content strategies.
Strong management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and basic knowledge of social media platforms
