Job Description
FashionTV is one of the biggest luxury fashion and lifestyle media houses with 23 years of existence and viewership of over 2 billion in 1+3 countries. Currently, we are seeking an Account Executive to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing balance sheets for the companies
• Reconciling TDS, VAT, WCT, Service Tax, GST returns, and challans with book of accounts
• Preparing bank reconciliation statements
• Assisting with statutory filings
• Performing internal audits from investors
• Conducting due/financial diligence in the event of funding prospects in the companies
• Approving all payments, NEFT, RTGS, and imprest made from the companies
• Closing and finalizing books of accounts for the purpose of statutory audit of the companies
• Assisting with half-yearly filings to SEBI in respect of listed entities
• Assisting with RERA filings
• Coordinating with banks for banking transactions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Honors degree preferred
• Completion of Articles
• 5 years of post-article experience
