Job Description
To ensure recording of day-to-day accounting transactions. Petty cash handling Control and book monthly salary entry. Carrying out bank reconciliation. Work closely with the Operations and Production team. Invoicing and purchase order creation and maintenance. Tracking of pending orders and advances together with phase-wise delivery movement. Inventory Management Monthly reconciliation of physical inventory with the system. Monitor and Updating of the web portal (Flash Portal) of the Comp Manage Packaging Inventory File supporting the production Create BOM for invoicing Weekly Outstanding MIS generation and reporting.
Key responsibilities:4.
Scope of Work
1. Creating, maintaining and monitoring invoice, delivery challan, Pro-forma invoice
2. Making sure correct information is delivered and mentioned on the invoice
3. Understanding and working out an easy solution for creation of invoice and/or Pro-forma invoice in order to collect advance funds from orthodontists
4. Ensuring the quotation received by the vendor is in the required format
5. Ensuring that sales and purchase records are updated and routine accounting entry in ERP
6. Creating reports, excel sheets for vendors or customers as and when required by management
7. Checking Accounting and releasing the reimbursement of employees expenses
8. Emailing synopsis to customers
+. Sending cash discount email to doctors
10. Make Purchase orders
11. Make export related invoices and documentations
12. Data entry in Excel and Google sheets
13. MIS and reporting whenever asked by management
14. GST and TDS data preparation for payment & Returns
15. GST register Reconciliation from GST portal
16. Bank Reconciliation
17. Supporting in audit procedure and documentations

Bachelor in Commerce(B.com) Experience in Tally ERP +
