Responsibilities
• Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact
• Work with your team at the agency to devise advertising needs/campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget
• Check the status of each client’s projects and make sure they are completed according to their deadlines
• Initiate new projects for the client post-discussion
• Review and present concepts/designs/content/copy to the clients for approval
• Communicate the client’s feedback to the backend team and discuss the next step forward
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
• Contact each client at regular intervals to discuss current and upcoming projects
• This job role involves working with and managing influencers as well
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience
• Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
• Must be proactive, well-organized, and have a solution-centric approach
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
• Working long hours when needed, especially with tight deadlines
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects well
Good knowledge of the Tech & Gaming space is a big plus
