Job Opening - Account Executive (Abroad) - Oman
Working Location - First 2 Month at Mumbai after candidate need to work at abroad location ( Oman)
Qualification - B Com
Technical Qualification - Taily
Joining - Immediate
Note - Valid Passport compulsory.
Job Description -
– Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
– Handling day-to-day accounting
– Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
– Handling all banking related works
– Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
– Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
– Handling and filling Taxes is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in account executive job description
– Preparing profit and loss statements
– Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
– Handling petty cash
– Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
- Handling Office administration
- Coordination with India office
- Maintain office work culture & requirements.
- Visa process of Employees
- Ensure smooth traveling employees from India
- Coordination with embassy.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
