Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Work experience as an Account ExecutiveShould have sound Knowledge of Balance Sheets, Ledger Scrutiny, P&L Statement Verification, Bank Reconciliation.
Advance Knowledge of TDS and GSTIndependently can handle preparing data for GST and TDS returnsWell versed with updates of GST, TDS and Income Tax Laws.
Managing Accounts receivables and Payables.
Maintaining proper Books of Accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word Excel, and PowerPointPreparation and review MIS and reporting to Management.
Hands-on experience with ERP accounting software.
Export/Import Documents preparation and follow up as and when required.
Handling Export Import Work Independently, finalising freight forwarders, Co ordinating with CHA, preparation and submission of documents etc.
Desired Candidate Profile Be able to work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
Have numerical ability.
Have computer skills.
Be able to work to deadlines.
Flexible with the timings.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
