Job Title: Accounts Executive
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA)
Reporting To: Team Leader / Asst. Operations Manager
Job Timings:11am – 8pm OR 12pm – +pm IST
Working Days:5 days working per week(Saturday & Sundays are Week Offs)
Job Location: Ahmedabad – 100% WFO
Role & Responsibility:
· Maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
· Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Managing the company's budget and forecasting future financial performance.
· Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
· Analysing financial data to identify trends, financial risks, and opportunities for improvement.
· Ensuring the company compliance is as per the tax laws and regulations.
· Working closely with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA)
· 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
