Accounts Executive (Domestic & International)
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, have excellent communication skills in English, and be knowledgeable in Australian accounting and taxation practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage domestic and international accounts, including financial transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data in the company's accounting system.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support in tax planning and preparation, with a focus on Australian accounting and taxation.
Communicate directly with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations relevant to domestic and international accounts.
Qualifications:
Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Accounts Executive.
Strong knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective communication with clients.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis.
Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is 35,000 to 55,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
