Account Executive / Sales Engineer
Company Name: Business Central Insights (BCI)
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Presentation: Lead engaging product demos to both business and technical audiences, helping prospects understand how BCI's solutions solve their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central reporting challenges.
• Technical Support: Provide hands-on support throughout the sales process, guiding prospects from initial demo to testing, design, and implementation.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create technical content such as blog posts, white papers, and videos to support marketing initiatives and drive social media engagement.
• Industry Engagement: Represent BCI at conferences, webinars, and other industry events, sharing thought leadership and increasing visibility for the company.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
• Customer Success: Support customers to ensure they maximize the value of BCI's products and services, driving ongoing success and growth.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive technologies, and complementary products to position BCI effectively within the market.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in international companies, with a focus on SaaS or data analytics solutions.
• Strong technical background with experience in tools like Power BI, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment, wearing multiple hats across sales, marketing, and product development.
• Availability to work during USA business hours, as the target market is primarily in the USA.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with product marketing or content creation (including video production).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting solutions.
