Job Description
Incumbent will be responsible for directly handling the banking section of the company
> Leading a team of 4 people,
> Arriving bank position, Identifying daily cash deposit from branches
> Payment issuing, Bank uploading, Cheque/RTGS/NEFT payments initiation, Intimation to Approving authority
> Dealing Complaints from branches- Cash, card, UPI, swiping machine problems, swiping roll, tnp. Meetings & discussions with bank & service providers, proposal workings
> FD Creation, Deletion based on fund position. Accrued interest workings & entry. Borrowings -Entry
> Website payment & reconciliation, Cash to sales Reco, Obtaining bank confirmations, Managing post-dated cheques from debtors & Landlords and monitoring its subsequent clearances & returns
>Audit supporting
