Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Day-to-Day general account activities.
Generate customer invoices and submit.
Booking Invoices and Vendors in BUSY.
Preparing & filling GST
Taking care of compliances such as TDS collection and GST return.
Follow up for GST Compliance.
Good knowledge of Accounts receivables, Account Payables, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c & Balance sheet.
Having experience in Debit and Credit note.
Payment Entry
Bank Reconciliation
Settlement of Claim
Maintain Records of Account Payable
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have min 3-4 years of experience in Busy accounts.
Candidate's Should be B.com with Excellent Communication Skill in English
Preferably from Sonepat Haryana.
Great interpersonal and communications skills
Self-discipline
Preparation of MIS report Stock reports, etc.
Excellence in Operating Ms Excel, Outlook and Word
Good team working skills
The ability to work to monthly deadlines
