Account Executive

The Account Executive must have a consultative approach, be technically savvy, and work strategically with their target market to understand the prospects' business objectives and determine how Chargebee can support these objectives, by providing recommendations on the best way forward.
What you will be doing:
● Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads to current customers
● Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
● Educate and nurture prospects, conduct a demo with each lead and share what Chargebee does and assist them in identifying how it can help them
● Articulate Chargebee's' value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients while understanding the competitive landscape
● Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed, and supported
● Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams
● Build strategic executive relationships along with strong champions both vertically and horizontally
● Consistent execution of MEDDPICC's sales methodology
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consultants, Implementations Consultants, and other internal stakeholders
● Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within the CRM system
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in end-to-end sales and knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
● Experience as an Account Executive would be an added advantage
● Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills
● Consistent success with attaining sales quota month-on-month
● Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
● Experience in driving B2B sales growth preferably in a fintech/product environment (in the SaaS industry preferred)
● Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
● Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references preferred
● North America sales experience will help the candidature
