Location: Dombivli (Ramson Perfumes)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Accountant with up to 1 year of experience or a fresher with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations and support the finance team to ensure efficient and compliant financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Support in preparing financial statements and reports.
Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transaction records.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
Skills and Qualifications
Maximum 1 year of experience in an accounting role or a fresher with strong accounting knowledge.
Sound understanding of accounting standards and principles (Ind AS, IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
