• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Maintain accurate sales and purchase accounting entries**
• **Data entry of financial transactions in accounting software ERP.**
• **Track payments, receipts, and outstanding balances**
• **Ensure data accuracy in accounting records**
• **Prepare and share monthly MIS reports**
• **Work on ERP / Oracle-based accounting software (training will be provided)**
• **Support accounting processes related to international importexport transactions**
• **Coordinate with internal teams for reconciliations and documentation.**
• *Specific Skills / Knowledge:**
• **MS office, tally, and other accounting software**
• **Attention to detail**
• **Time Management**
• *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
• **Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Concatenate)**
• **Minimum 2+ year experience in Accounting or Audit.**
• **Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software**
• **Basic understanding of accounting principles**
• **Good attention to detail and data management skills**
• **Ability to work in a structured back-office environment**
