JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE:-
· 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Executive role, preferably in a private or public company.
· A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
· B.com/BMS/BAF/any equivalent accounting specialization.
· Proficient in Tally, with hands-on experience in sales and purchase entry, bank reconciliation, printing of checks, and bank confirmation.
· Experience in Accounts MIS and assisting CFO in finalizing balance sheet, PMD.
· Responsible for making payments to vendors and following up for outstanding payments.
· Previous experience in basic accounting functions, including sales entry, bank entry, and bank reconciliation.
· Familiarity with GST and TDS concepts, including basic working knowledge and understanding of related processes.
· Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in using accounting software and tools.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
