Job Description:
• We are currently seeking an experienced and resourceful Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and driving our company's revenue growth. As a Sales Account Executive, your expertise in SaaS sales and understanding of our clients' businesses will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients understand their needs, and present solutions using our SaaS products.
• Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying, qualifying, and closing business deals with new and existing customers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of our SaaS offerings, and articulate features, advantages, and benefits in relation to client needs.
• Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans for maintaining and expanding client relationships, leading to increased account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations and terms to meet both client and company needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer success, product development) to address customer needs and enhance product offerings.
• Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and maintain up-to-date information on customer activities in the CRM
