About the role
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to manage a dedicated SME and Mid Market portfolio while collaborating with Senior Brokers on diverse and complex accounts.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for your clients, designing tailored risk solutions and negotiating effectively within the market.

A Day in the Life
Manage and develop relationships with SME & Mid Market clients
Ownership of a SME & Mid Market client portfolio (renewals & new business)
Assess risk and design tailored insurance solutions
Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes
Build strong partnerships with underwriters
Manage portfolio budgets, business plans, and debtors
Support new business growth through pipeline development
Skills and experience
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
Strong account management with attention to detail
Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders
Practical & service-first approach to getting deals done
Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals
Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role is highly regarded
