About the Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Verkada, you'll play a key role in transforming how businesses protect their people and places in a privacy-sensitive way. Verkada's innovative, cloud-based technology is reshaping physical security across industries like retail, education, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare and more.

In this role, you'll own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to demos, partnerships, and closing deals. Plus, you'll drive account expansions, which count toward your target. This is your chance to take ownership, build meaningful client relationships, and make a significant impact.

What You'll Do
Source and close new business to consistently exceed quarterly quotas.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, host online demos, create proposals, and close deals.
Build a deep understanding of Verkada's products and their place in the industry.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and expert-level forecasting.
Exceed goals through a mix of outbound calls, emails, online demos, and trials.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners.
Partner with Solution Engineers to ensure smooth product launches and drive future growth.
Provide market and client feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Must be willing and able to travel.
What You Bring
At least 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to advise and educate clients.
Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Tenacity, self-motivation, and a drive to learn and grow.
Must be willing and able to work on-site five days a week.
