Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new revenue streams within assigned existing accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Develop account strategies to expand product adoption and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated success in account expansion sales (not net-new logo acquisition)
Strong ability to uncover hidden opportunities and drive incremental revenue
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with complex accounts and multiple stakeholders
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
